Announcing our new brand vision
Dear all,
It’s been a few crazy years for all of us. And while we’ve been busy helping you create a better living, we sure spend some time reflecting on our brand too.
We're happy to announce that we're now officially standing behind the name Fitzpatrick Real Estate.
Although that might not seem like a big change – for us it is.
Let me tell you why.
We started off as “Southiemap” – a project that combined our real estate services and brokerage, together with our AI-backed software that helped us make smarter real estate decisions for the past few years. Southiemap was great, for one thing, it had all the permitted construction projects on a map of South Boston which we thought was pretty cool and a great conversation starter, but for a few reasons, it was not working for us as a name to rally behind and promote as our business. We learned trying to be too different sometimes can backfire and cause brand confusion.
We are a vertically integrated real estate company. Simple, straightforward, standing behind our core values.

Providing value
We are hyperlocal - we hunker down in the South Boston area and focus our efforts here. The 5-mile radius that we operate in allows us to have a ton of familiarity and incredible bandwidth, which results in a huge value play for our clients.
Better living for our clients
We're obsessed with continous learning, trying to get better each day, and adding value any way we can. Quality of life is very important to us. We believe our time is the most precious gift we can give.
Use data to make smarter real-estate decisions
We love to play with data and build custom database applications. Our neighborhood is extremely dynamic, and while traditional real-estate companies wander for years using the same old tired strategies, we like to beat the competition by exploring and learning from our data-driven approach.
Starting our Home Renovation Journey
Since the course of the pandemic the place we call ‘home’ has become more important than ever, forcing us to renovate and customize many of our spaces to how we live currently. We acknowledge that and believe it’s only logical to marry the two - real estate and home improvement. We spend so much time in different homes throughout the week and constantly give advice to our owners on ways to improve their homes. That’s why we are beyond excited to start our home renovation as a service journey! We've been doing this for years for our homeowner contacts here and now officially have a construction supervisor license to prove it.
Sooo... What's next with Fitzpatrick Real Estate?
We'll continue to offer real estate brokerage services to sellers, buyers, and investors and further expand our customized property management services to landlords as we already have 100+ units under serviced management in South Boston.
We'll expand on our project management offerings to homeowners trying to tackle home renovations with value add projects.
